I’m interested in Working from Home, how does this work?
Fortune 500 companies outsource their call volume through our platform via a contractual agreement. Next, we seek professional agents, to work from home and connect with the Fortune 500 companies platform. Agents are able to set their own hours(flexibility). Training is completed virtually from the comfort of your home. There is no commute to anywhere but your home office. The agent will choose one of the offered training times available. The training is anywhere from 3-4 weeks. Training is required to become successfully certified to provide services for the chosen client.
How am I paid for services rendered to Premier Virtual Call Center?
You are paid twice a month via direct deposit. The business day before payday, the agent receives an itemized payment invoice of the amount of the deposit.

What is the hourly pay offered as an Independent Contractor?
Pay Rate is offered based on the agent job experience and client chosen.
Is there a limit on how many hours that I can work?
The agent has the option to work unlimited hours; based on the clients needs. For example, some of the clients are 24 hours and some mostly have the range of 6am-2am.

Since I am not considered an employee, how do I report my income?
You are being hired as an Independent Contractor, a 1099-MISC will be provided by the company to you the following year on January 31st.
Is there any start up cost to get started?
Yes. There is a one time setup fee that can vary, based on the client. There is $9.99 background check and the cost of the training course fee. The training course cost ranges from $0-249. The agent will have the option to choose the client.
